I am responsible for increasing retention, satisfaction and loyalty from existing customers. I ensure contract renewals and grow our Gross Revenue Retention rate (GRR). My role is to build long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers from various verticals (Gaming, Entertainment, Travel, etc) across Europe and Japan, and ensure that my customers successfully adopt and engage with our products and services to solve their challenges. I also provide tailored managed services and deliverables to our largest customers.1. Accounts Retention and Renewals- Grow the Gross Retention Rate (GRR): achieve renewal targets, increase retention and decrease churn from our existing customers. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide day-to-day, tactical and technical support. - Track and report on KPIs to measure customer success, usage and engagement; analyze data and provide insights to the customer and internal teams to drive customer success and identify areas for improvement.2. Build and strengthen long-term relationships to promote customer loyalty- Develop trusted relationships with our customers and address their needs and business objectives.- Promote, discuss, research and deliver ASO/Growth Managed Services according to customer needs and priorities. - Facilitate product adoption by providing onboarding and regular training sessions. Help customers expand their usage of our products. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with customers and internal teams.3. Communicate and collaborate with other teams- Team up with Account Managers to expand and grow existing customers by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams within AppTweak (Sales, Product, Data Science) to identify opportunities and improve the overall customer exp. - Gather customer feedback and report it to the Product team to improve our products.
