Collaborating on a transversal project about consumer relation management, collecting operational datas, producing diagnosis about consumers’experience and institutional models, conceiving 5 patterns for internal evolutions, determining possible levers of actions, supporting and motivating operational teams on implementing new tools and practices (900 counsellors). 7 months mission.

PhD, Paris Sorbonne Three Years Research Scholarship (2015-2018). I studied the consequences of the industrial making of fictions and of the resulting economic and symbolic power games between various stakeholders. My demonstration is based on several methodologies: semio-linguistic analysis, the study of companies’ annual reports and financial documents, the analysis of datas for brands and companies extracted from official databases. Case study : the Harry Potter franchise from 1998 to 2018.
