I am responsible for managing Kenworths our Greenhouse Gas Program. As a Heavy Duty trucking company that produces both Truck and Engines, we are heavily regulated by the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC).I am responsible for auditing our data to insure accuracy and produce the regulatory reporting to both agencies for prior years builds. I create build forecast for future years to produce the certification reporting. I also work with our engineering groups to ensure that new technologies are compliant with the Greenhouse Gas Regulation and work with our marketing managers to create product plans to bring these new technologies to our customers. I also run training program for our dealership to educated them on the changes the regulation brings to our industry.As a part of the Marketing department I am responsible for running the Kenworth booth at the largest truck show in Canada each year. Our booth is a 65' X 50' booth in which we have five semi-trucks on display. I am in charge of ordering the booth space and design of the booth. Getting our trucks back and fourth across the border and through customs. Directing our team before the show on booth setup and working with our Canadian sales team to insure our booth has proper coverage throughout the four day show. Lastly, I have been a lead team member on our Marketing Teradata project. In which we worked to bring our multitude of sequel data sources that we use to create our marketing reports and compile it into a Teradata data storage warehouse. This project also implemented Tableau as our new tool for our data analysis and reporting. I am still a new user in Tableau, but I have taking the initial training classes and continue to work to grow my knowledge within the tool.

I was responsible for the buying of cores, used parts that could be remanufactured, in the aftermarket. This a large portion of the truck industry and throughout my time in the role completed many projects that saved PACCAR money. - I created a database for forecasting Core expirations with our dealers. This database has increased Paccar’s efficiency significantly, increasing sales by over $3 million since January 2014.-Ran a Six Sigma project that led to an increase in productivity of almost 200% and brought voice recognition technology to the processing floor. Within this project, I created an analytical tool that was able to identify a bottleneck in the inspection area of the process and was the main contributor in bringing the new technology to our processing team.

We manage the inventory of our dealership around the country. I am currently responsible for 44 dealerships in the southeast portion of the United States. We use JDA as our main tool for forecasting and through my position I have become an advanced user in Access, Excel and PowerPoint.During my time in this role I completed the following:- Designed a tool through access which forecasted part failures on our newest Paccar engines. This allowed our Dealer network to stock the correct engine parts and keep downtime to a minimum for our customers.-Created a “Planning Breadth Analysis” tool, which allowed our MDI team to assist our dealer network with keeping the correct breadth of inventory on their shelves.- Obtained my DFSS Six Sigma belt and led multiple Six Sigma projects.
