Ensure that the SC strategy related to Manufacturing / Logistics Excellence is embedded in the plants with plant certification as a result.Apply lean principles and tools, establish a tight performance management system, act as a Change Agent and drive business results by establishing a continuous improvement culture.Provide skilled Operators/Technicians from the ODP and ESUT training programs of SCAStandardize available and create additional training materials for standard usage.Be seen as subject matter expert in all aspects of manufacturing capability development at the plant level and be able to provide such technical support as required from time to time.Ensures integrity and sustainability of development plans and processes through conducting audits and process checks and initiating corrective actions where required.

I manage two 42000bph lines which have been consistently running on 72 percent efficiency and an optimum cost of 1.5cpc.7 Shift Team Leaders, 35 Technical Operators and 54 Operatives report to me. I plan production and also follow up on all material needed for the plan, I equally supervise maintenance activities, keeping my equipment in good shape. I'm as well responsible for Safety of all personnel and equipment on my line, hence I conduct toolbox talks and safety campaign almost on daily basis. Quality of my product is also my top priority.I solve problems using E2020 tools like KAIZEN, SMED, 5S', RCFA, 5WHYS', BRA, FRA and the likes.

I manage a 42000bph line which has been consistently running on 72 percent efficiency and an optimum cost of 1.5cpc.4 Shift Team Leaders, 20 Technical Operators and 27 Operatives report to me. I plan production and also follow up on all material needed for the plan, I equally supervise maintenance activities, keeping my equipment in good shape. I'm as well responsible for Safety of all personnel and equipment on my line, hence I conduct toolbox talks and safety campaign almost on daily basis. Quality of my product is also my top priority.

I am involved in Production shift arrangement and Management. I lead a production Shift of 4 Technical Operators and 13 Operatives, a team that has been setting pace for other shifts. I lead and supervise Maintenance Crew. I lead a plant based Installation Teams in installation of KHS line in Owerri Plant, Lines 3, 6 & 12 in Ikeja Plant.
