During this phase of my career I was responsible for the development of the Effective Business Unit, which was an autonomous sales team. The growth of this unit contributed to a significant sales volume and set new standards for the company's service delivery. I became increasingly involved with the delivery of both internal and external training and contributed towards a number of business partnerships.Throughout this 16-year period I also received a number of local and national real estate industry awards, including the 1998 ACT Salesperson of the Year. From 2001, I increased my contributions to national and international real estate conferences as a professional speaker/presenter.

In December 2007 - with the objective of prioritising innovation and providing consumers with relevant market data and insights - the entire platform was redesigned to incorporate multiple public and private web portals. This included the incorporation of world-class multi-site software infrastructure which spanned two independent data centres. By the time the business was sold to Fairfax in 2014, Allhomes served more than 180 real estate agencies throughout the Canberra & Southern NSW region and attracted 2.5 million daily page views.
