The four stations along the route – conceived as gateways to each city – are inspired by the ancient architectural traditions of the region and provide a shaded retreat from the sun while creating a new infrastructural spine for sustainable transport in Saudi ArabiaDuties:- Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work.- Lead, train, monitor, and evaluate the maintenance and operation staff to improve the performance.- Manage and ensure the maintenance and operation are in line with the plans.- Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to company protocol.- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance.- Manage and ensure compliance with the maintenance specifications and contractual obligations.- Support in the preparation of snag list and defect reports until their closure.- Manage and investigate any incident according to process.- Ensure all documentation and reports are created and shared on time.- Ensure proper communication with the client and within the organization in the form of emails, meetings, calls, reports.
