In this role I introduce the 360 degrees feedback tool for managers on the Dutch market. The 360 degrees feedback tool is a proven development tool. The results of the 360° feedback tool enables managers to identify strengths and weaknesses in leadership and to align oneself with the new requirements through improvement measures. Supporting managers and specialists in their personal development is our main focus. ValueQuest has 20 years of experience and a wide range of customers worldwide.In my versatile background of former jobs, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 and 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 have been key disciplines. I am someone who prefers to help and support others in their learning process. I like to work with people from different backgrounds and functions with whom I can tune in at the same level. I like to commit myself to realistic goals and keep track that targets are met.
