 Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes dead stock.  Serve as liaison between purchasing, sales, manufacturing to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly. Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital. Monitor & evaluate material utilization and slow moving inventory.  Provide management with detailed information on inventory performance.  Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions. Support customer demand using historical usage patterns, seasonality, new product introductions, and other related activities. Maintain and analyze actual usage versus forecast and recommend changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Maintain forecasting database Analyze and provide feedback on market information and communicating item availability with sales.

Monitor and communicate progress on project goals and progress across multiple sources.  Work with senior management, sales and customers to address concerns, find resolutions, and makes improvements where needed.  Research and gather information to solve issues. Look for creative solutions to complex issues. Make suggestions and implement new processes with feedback from the management team. Drive bottom line through cost management. Identify cost savings opportunities.  Effectively communicate department policies and procedures to various teams.  Work successfully with internal departments to solve problems & coordinate resolution.  Develop and maintain information for internal and external audiences. Required to understand different user levels and developed documents to the appropriate level.  Provide ongoing face to face feedback on progress to team of 40+ associates, and worked individually to develop areas of opportunity. Compile monthly reports to determine areas of opportunity and then developed action plans to improve those areas in order to exceed the expectations of our client.  Serve as a liaison between our client and front line representatives to communicate changes in policies.
