Oversee day-to-day office operations, including purchasing office supplies, maintaining office equipment and special projects as assignedDemonstrate tact by discreetly handling sensitive and confidential information and ability to maintain professionalism under pressureCoordinate business travel – reserve car service, book airfare, coordinate dinner reservation, hotel reservation, compile expense report, etcSupport permitting and construction teams by preparing permit applications, paying fees, filing lien notifications, scanning and posting permit information, and performing any other administrative tasks as neededPerform accounts payable duties including processing invoices, purchases, and expense reportsCommunicate to vendors on order or payment related issues, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and client supportAid with recruitment efforts and the new hire process, e.g., screening, outreach to promising candidates and employee onboarding
