About Adam Gerstein

I'm engaged in various aspects of technical support (everything from basic break/fix to server installation, configuration and maintenance) for 25+ years. Among my interests outside of that are web (coding HTML, programming PHP and some JavaScript) and graphic design work. I don't get to flex these muscles at the "day" job, so I take on projects that appeal to these talents outside of work.I am currently supporting a small office with a variety of platforms and systems, coordinating with a remote site, and supporting users in both locations as well as those that are remote.In the past, I have:* utilized JAMF Management Suite to manage and maintain macOS/iOS client base.* utilized existing and developing new best practices to manage the Macintosh client base on campus, as well as managing and maintaining the Mac OS server infrastructure.* managed and maintained Macintosh and PC workstations on campus - break/fix repairs, configuration and deployment.My goal in everything I do: Do whatever it takes to maintain the University's primary objective of providing the students with an education.
