Our law firm has handled many high profile and politically significant cases in Ukraine, including the Gongadze case, Bank “Slaviansky” case, Major Melnychenko case (accused of disseminating public state secrets after making public the recordings of conversations secretely made in the office of the President of Ukraine), representation in European Court of 37 judges of Donetsk Regional Court of Appeals in a lawsuit against Ukraine, the case of N. Zamkovenko, the Head of the Pechersk Regional Court in Kyiv and many others. I represented the interests of B. Feldman, former Vice President of Bank “Slaviansky”, in the European Court on Human Rights. In a number of high profile cases, I represented the interests of clients extradited to Ukraine from other countries, for instance: S. Levenchuk extradited from Switzerland, accused of organizing a high profile murder in Ukraine; V. Marianchuk, extradited from Romania, accused on organizing high profile murders; S. Kiose, kidnapped by members of Ukrainian police from Moldova, accused on organizing an assassination attempt on the major of Odessa; as well as Ukrainian citizens abroad, for instance the case of former Member of the Parliament V. Zherditsky arrested in Germany in “Gradobank” case.In my practice, I have provided legal consultations to a number of persons who play significant roles in Ukrainian politics such as Y. Tymoshenko, N. Melnychenko and others. I was also recognized as an expert in law and international arbitration, and participaited in court cases in the courts of the United States (see the case of the former Prime Minister of Ukraine P. Lazarenko) and Israel (see the case of Alfa-Bank v. Granovsky and G. Willi-Food)
