I am an experienced researcher, educator, collaborator, thought-partner, and evaluator with experience working in the K-12 education, academic, and philanthropic spaces. In my work, I leverage my training (Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Science), network, interests, and varied experiences to understand and aid others in overcoming barriers that keep people from interacting and working with each other; develop ways to leverage diversity in all its forms to build intercultural and intergenerational competence; and empower youth, communities, and organizations to use research and data (especially their own) to answer questions, make decisions, and drive positive equitable change.
