Since I graduated as Electrical Engineer from #UNAH, I worked at the Private Sector and at Academia in different positions related to Data Networks, Information Systems and Rural Electrification Project Design and Implementation.After this, I started my path on Public Policies, Innovation, Strategic Planning and Monitoring and worked at the Public Sector of Honduras from 2012 to 2023.Working at the Public Sector, i had the opportunity to be the only person that has monitored our National SDG Agenda that was designed of 68 Goals and 99 Prioritized Indicators.In terms of Projects, I hold a PM4R Professional Certification and i am as well, Educational Robotics´ Specialist using LEGO MINDSTORM EV3 Robots. One of the 2 biggest robotic´s projects I have designed so far, was one of the Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (#AEIF) Contest Winner Project in 2015 (My Project was named #RobotingMyWorld). With my projects, I promote the participation of Girls and Women in STEM Careers especially in Robotics.In terms of Civil Society and Professional Organizations, I have been a passionate volunteer for long time for many professional organizations since I was a student. So far, I have been an active IEEE member for 28 years (I am IEEE Senior Member) as well as active member of many professional organizations (ACM, SWE, ISACA, AFHN, CIMEQH, OWASP, ISOC, OWSD). As IEEE Member I have been the founder and Chair of the Women in Engineering Affinity Group and the Computer, Communications and Robotics Professional Chapter of #IEEEHonduras. Starting in 2022 as Forecaster with the project #Foretell of the #UniversityOfGeorgetown, i became later #ProfessionalForecaster and #TeamLead with the project #RANDForecastingInitiative
