- Global Shapers Community is an initiative of the World Economic Forum, where Jaipur hub is one of the 450+ hubs of the Global Shapers Community- Project lead of 'Apardina Online' & '21 Days of Green Living', projects curated by Jaipur Hub, also taking care of the 'Happy Newsletter' project from Jaipur hub curated by Bangalore hub- Managing all the Social Media handles and campaigns of Jaipur Hub

As the elected Curator of Jaipur Hub, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to: 1. Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Global Shapers hub, ensuring alignment with World Economic Forum goals. 2. Hub Management: Oversee hub operations, organize meetings, and manage resources. 3. Community Curation: Select and nurture a diverse and talented group of Global Shapers, fostering an inclusive and vibrant community. 4. Project Development: Support Global Shapers in creating and implementing impactful projects addressing local and global challenges. 5. Partnerships and Networking: Establish collaborations with external organizations, mentor Global Shapers, and represent the community in events and advocacy efforts.

As the elected Vice-Curator of Jaipur Hub, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to: 1. Working alongside the Curator of the Hub as the Leadership 2. Working as a communication bridge between the Jaipur Hub and the Global Shapers Community Headquarters 3. Taking care of the meetings and membership structure of the Hub 4. Maintaining Hub's Central Dashboard (on Notion.so) with the updated information and data - Co-created the project: ABCs of SDGs (Educating the High-School and College Students about the SDGs by UN)

My passion for writing physical letters for my friends and family inspired me to create a community of people who likes writing handwritten letters. This community has served and connected more than 1000 people via various events in the city of Jaipur.

- Mentored a table of Global Shapers from other countries to become a Climate Reality Leader under The Climate Reality Project- Acted as a communication bridge between the participants and the core team for better coordination- Organized various team-building activities and learning sessions for the mentees to help them with Climate Education

- Trained as a Climate Reality Leader by Ex-US Vice President Al Gore and his team in Virtual Training, in July 2020- Equipped with resources, tools & networks to educate people about Climate Change- Trained to advocate about Climate Change at various platforms and forums

Building an Entrepreneurial Community:Creating and fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial community within VGU university and outside the university.Organizing regular networking events, workshops, and meetups to connect aspiring entrepreneurs, students, and professionals.2. Guest Lectures and Workshops:Delivering guest lectures and conducting workshops on entrepreneurship, startup strategies, and the process of starting a business.Providing guidance and sharing insights on various aspects of entrepreneurship, such as ideation, business planning, market research, and scaling a startup.3. Startup Mentoring:Mentoring and advising early-stage startups within the community.Providing guidance on refining business models, product development, market positioning, and growth strategies.4. Organizing Startup Events:Planning and executing startup events, including pitch competitions, hackathons, demo days, and innovation challenges.Collaborating with industry experts, investors, and successful entrepreneurs to participate in these events as judges, mentors, or keynote speakers.5. Startup-Fellowship Curriculum:Designing and implementing a comprehensive startup-fellowship curriculum spanning over three months.Developing modules and resources to guide students through the process of transforming their startup ideas into viable businesses.6. Marketing, Promotion, and Branding:Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the college and its programs to the target audience.Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including online and offline platforms, to increase brand visibility and attract prospective students.Managing advertising, public relations, social media, email marketing, and other promotional activities to enhance brand recognition and engagement.Ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials and platforms.2. Student Consultation and Mentoring:Consulting prospective and current students on suitable courses and programs that align with their career goals and aspirations.Acting as a mentor and support system for students, addressing their personal, professional, and academic concerns and providing appropriate resources and referrals.3. Revamping Marketing Materials and Processes:Overhauling the college's brochure, website, and other marketing collateral to ensure they effectively communicate the college's value proposition and offerings.Enhancing the visual appeal, content quality, and user experience of marketing materials to resonate with the target audience.4. Corporate Partnerships:Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with corporate entities, industry leaders, and organizations to expand the college's network and opportunities.Collaborating with corporate partners to create internship programs, career fairs, guest lectures, and other initiatives5. Event Organization:Planning, coordinating, and executing events within the college, such as workshops, seminars, conferences, and networking events.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, faculty, and external partners to ensure successful event execution.

- Took care of collaborations & partnerships with other mental health initiatives and Now&Me- Prepared the Growth Model for the company’s user acquisition- Organized and managed virtual peer sessions at the organization

- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for overseas locations (Nigeria, Angola, Ivory Coast, Maldives)- Converting Indian start-up companies as a client for the recruitment business

- Worked as HR Program Manager and had the task of collecting updates/ progress status of all projects running at the HR department.- Teamed with the Talent Management team to better track the status of growth and other factors affecting talen't progress

- Worked as a managerial intern as well as a managing volunteer for the workshops and events- Took care of Social Media communications and Social handles of the organization
