I have over 12 years of experience. I proudly work for the world’s second largest mobile network - Airtel. I’ve also spent almost a decade with Nokia (transitioning through Microsoft and now HMD). Both these categories have been redefined in the last decade with steep growth, dynamism and the thrill of scale.I’m fortunate to have groomed in such categories and with brands that have not just stood the test of time but continue to garner tremendous consumer trust and love. I’m passionate about what I do – consumer insights, competitive landscaping and benchmarking and being a small part of large efforts in driving the largest deployment of 5G in the world at Airtel!With a thorough understanding of what I call the 3 Cs - Category, Consumer and Competition, I can well input into business planning, opportunity sizing and close the loop with consumer feedback into the system. I draw inspiration from the real challenges our category poses, try and learn from the terabytes of data we’re all generating to draw actionable insights.
