Hi, I’m Emily and I love people, assessing profiles and how to promote growth.I studied Psychology at the University of Crete and I also have a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Novancia Business School in Paris (now part of ESCP Business School). I’ve worked in the past in different departments and positions in both large and small companies. I also started my own recruitment company in the HORECA department in Paris, France (unfortunately only a year before the pandemic). In recent years I’ve been working as a web designer and also doing some web development, using my psychology background for UX, mainly UX research.In parallel with the digital world I’m currently taking classes to become a certified counselor in the systemic therapy model, my goal is to integrate all this comprehensive experience and help others learn and develop new skills and how to better manage our daily lives.In addition to my work experience I’ve lived in 4 countriesFor all the information about psychology, design, behavior and decision making (and Daniel Kaneman 🙂), personal growth, learning new skills, assessment tools and how to apply all these elements in a business or personal context, feel free to contact us.
