About Alex Aggen

I focus my practice on land use, entitlements, permitting, and zoning for clients including individuals, businesses, and renewable energy developers. I counsel clients on a variety of issues, including permitting and administrative hearings, while working to create valuable solutions focused on the client’s principles and goals. Additionally, I have experience representing clients in commercial litigation, contract negotiation, and corporate matters.Having previously worked as an assistant city attorney, including serving as counsel to the city's Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, I now bring that experience to the table for clients navigating municipal issues.I love what I do, and outside of work I treasure spending time with family and friends. If someone is trying to round up a crew for hiking, biking, pickleball, or tabletop board games, I'm there.
