• Technical resource for internal Payroll teams• Troubleshoot Workday processes and configurations as part of US Payroll• Develop training documentation for internal teams• Lead monthly meetings for the Payroll Department• Work closely with the Sr Payroll Services Manager to streamline Year-End processes and create SOP materials for training purposes• Organize and host customer webinars to assist in preparation of Year-End activities• Recognized a need and developed video SOPs as supplementation to existing training materials
