•Coordinate project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives with project manager• Prepare documentation needed for project, review with PM then send to client for approval; Verify and analyze the accuracy of all data used or generated by project• Manage technicians for install, resolve any discrepancies/problems and approve payment for work done

•Analyzed new product and materials to assign the correct U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule code to ensure timely clearance through customs. •Research and respond to daily U.S. and Canadian customs broker’s inquiries on import and small package shipments, ensuring timely clearance of shipments to manufacturing plants.•Audit U.S. and Canadian Customs entries for accuracy. Provide direction to customs brokers to make corrections to customs entries if errors were found. •Conduct analysis on Toro manufactured materials to determine country of origin.•Educate and train internal customers on importing requirements.•Administer and develop the relationship with Canadian Customs Broker.

•Analysis and correction of freight invoices received from carriers for timely payment. •Coordinate all required documents from plants, customers and freight carrier to file freight claims for products damaged in transport. •Monitor inbound freight invoices to plants and distributions centers to ensure compliance of negotiated contract pricing. •Format and publish department procedures to the Traffic Information Guide to assure standard department procedures. •Create, format, and edit department procedures to publish on internal website for the Domestic Logistics Transportation Department.

•Communicate with assigned International Distributors covering all Toro product lines and consolidate parts and product shipments. •Work with Toro products division, credit, manufacturing and distributions centers to meet all customer requests. •Coordinate customer shipment activity with various freight forwarders. •Create and maintain proper documents for export related purposes.
