Starting as Director of Business Development, I was responsible for nearly all of Context Optional’s customer-facing operations, including our initial sales and marketing. As the company grew, I focused on sales strategy and materials, leading the strategy team, managing pricing, negotiating contracts, and guiding market positioning. I closed or guided all enterprises sales and upsell, leading to 100% YoY revenue growth multiple years running.

As one of the first 15 employees, I built the consulting and strategic services team, productizing the consulting aspect of Cymfony’s SaaS offerings and providing tailored analysis, reporting, and recommendations. During my tenure I recruited, trained, and supervised the analyst team, and oversaw the building of group revenue from low hundreds of thousands to multiple millions.
