Worked on some B2B products related to future studies as part of a small startup team located in Isfahan.- Designed a mobile and web super application from scratch, called "Didvan" (Designed specially for the hi-level managers of Foolad Mobarakeh Company) and 4 related Global Scanning Radar systems, - such as Tech, Trends, Startups and Risk Radars.- Conducted qualitative user research to gather information about them.- Conducted an Admin Panel design to monitor the feedbacks about published contents and collected quantitative data.- Designed user flows, user interface, and design system.- Created a prototype of the final product and conduct Gorilla Testing.- Redesigned Didvan app for the third version and convert it to a super application.more details at (Didvan.app)[https://Didvan.app]

Worked on Improving the user experience of a persian online book store with more than 8 million users.- Redesigned the book details page by A/B testing.- Redesigned the book card to increase clarity and reduce non-purchase clicks.- Enhanced the navigation of the website to make it usable and more accessible.- Provide wireframes, Hi-Fi prototypes and responsive UI designs.- Participated in Design System Project, in collaboration with the Engineering Team to refine the consistency of UI.- Conducted dozens of usability tests to evaluate various designs such as new designs and the main journeys of products.- Fully designed a landing page to cover the needs of organization's internal stakeholders, including the store section and the promotion of new values.
