Anand Suhas Gharpure did his BE in Electronics from University of Pune. He has also completed the Post Diploma in Medical Electronics and Diploma in Industrial Electronics. He is Chartered Engineer & Fellow Member of Institution of Engineers India and IETE India, Senior Member of IEEE USA, Member of Aeronautical Society of India.He is an awardee of IETE‐Flt Lt Tanmany Dandass Memorial Award 2015 for Design & Development of Avionics for MiG‐27 Vibration Measurement. Professionally, he runs the Avionics Development company (M/s. Sonic Multitech Pvt Ltd) in Nashik which caters to Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Army along with DPSU’s like HAL. The Company has been approved as Design House from CEMILAC and Approved by Dept of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR) as In‐House R&D Center. He also manages the Electronics Testing Laboratory (M/s. Herrmann Research Products & Laboratories Pvt Ltd) in Nashik which is accredited by NABL as per ISO17025:2005 & approved by DGAQA which carries out the Environmental Testing for Electronics products. Voluntarily, he is a Chair of IEEE Bombay Section (Maharashtra and Goa except Pune City) for 2023-24 and been Executive Member for more than 13 years. He has also been Past Chair of IEEE Bombay Section Young Professional Affinity Group in 2015‐18. He is founder Chair of IEEE Amrutvahini Student Branch (1st Rural Branch of India in 2002) and founder chair of IEEE AESS Chapter of IEEE Bombay Section. He has also been Past Treasurer, Secretary and Webmaster for IEEE Bombay Section. He was Organising Chair of 1st International Smart Lighting Conference hosted by IEEE Bombay Section and also instrumental in organising IEEE Bombay Section Signature Symposium (IBSS) and IEEE Bombay Section Signature Conference (IBSSC) since inception.He has been External Examiner for University of Pune and PWC member for Electronic Department at Government Polytechnic, Nashik and Amruvahini College of Engineering, Sangamner. He has delivered more than 75 talks Embedded Systems, Industry 4.0, Electronic Product Testing, Testing requirement in Aerospace as well as Entrepreneurship in addition to many topics on IEEE and it;s OU's with compliances.
