1. Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract2. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.3. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.4. Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.5. Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.6. Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.7. Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.8. Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.9. Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.10. Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

1. Setting out, leveling and surveying the site2. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations3. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications4. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant5. Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project6. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect7. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project8. Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws9. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress10. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors11. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines12. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site; preparing reports as required13. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client2. Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work3. Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies4. Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders5. Allocating work to subcontractors6. Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
