As a Production Officer at ITT Foods Private Limited, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food processing plant, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. I also train and manage the labor force, coordinate with other departments, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Since joining the company in November 2022, I have contributed to the successful launch of several new products, increased the plant's productivity and reduced the wastage.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in food science, technology, and engineering. I have applied my expertise in food processing to optimize the plant's performance, enhance the product's quality and shelf life, and comply with the regulatory and hygiene requirements. In addition to my professional work, I have been volunteering at Alkhidmat Karachi, a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian services to the underprivileged communities, since 2010. I am passionate about using my food engineering skills to contribute to the social welfare and development of the society. I am also eager to learn new things, improve my competencies, and advance my career in the food industry.
