- Prepare interim financial reports in the required formats with the appropriate required disclosures, Directors’ report, other reporting requirements, if any and establish the process of compiling the required information to meet the reporting timelines- Prepare the periodic and annual financial statements in the required formats and disclosures to comply with internal and external reporting requirements including timelines and submission and comply with reporting requireme- Develop and prepare an annual report template, including financial statements, directors’ report, management discussion and analysis, corporate governance and determine the data gaps for the capture of the information and establish process and responsibilities for collating such data.- Prepare interim financial reports in the required formats with the appropriate required
