My role is to take Liquid Telecom on that journey, transforming sales and marketing, and building solution sales capability in nine operating companies that can support the existing teams and lead the cloud engagement with customers.To make Liquid Telecom the Number One Cloud Services ISP I have needed to develop a new go to market plan and make it happen. That includes digital marketing initiatives, demand-marketing, multi-channel sales engagement, value propositions, sales collateral, training, customer events and presentations.I have run extensive business transformation programmes in South Africa, Tanzania and Rwanda towards the same shared goal that needed the buy-in, motivation and a willingness to change from the entire business.

Responsible for expanding the reach of Vodafone Global Enterprise across Africa working with the key stakeholders in Vodafone’s ten operating companies to establish the team of technical solution consultants and product development for each country. I led the team to success by solving the business challenges of multi-national companies with technology solutions, positioning Vodafone as the leading total communications supplier. The customer base was exclusively the world’s largest enterprises where consistent solutions and services are needed anywhere, so business and financial acumen were vital to engage at senior management CxO level.
