Fostering strong relationships among 9 staff members and conducted quarterly performance evaluations of 5 divisions. Additionally, I strategically planned upgrading sessions for all staff to enhance overall quality and performance. These initiatives were crucial in promoting cohesion, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.

During my tenure as part of UKM Search from 2023 to 2024, I successfully recruited over 620 volunteers for numerous events. My role encompassed creating estimated work program timelines for SEARCH staff and fostering strong relationships among 30 team members, while conducting quarterly evaluations of 7 divisions' performance. I organized upgrading sessions for staff and project committees, alongside quarterly meetings for SEARCH. Additionally, I oversaw the regeneration of the cabinet and managed the seamless handover of positions to the next leadership team within SEARCH.

As the Vice Chief of the Event Organizer for the 12th Java Business Competition, I played a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the execution of the International Seminar. I collaborated closely with the Chief Executive Officer and divisional Chiefs to ensure seamless event continuity. My responsibilities included extending invitations to distinguished speakers such as Kelly Patricia (entrepreneur, content creator, and Founder of Ladyboss Project) and Eva Alicia (entrepreneur, content creator, and painter), facilitating engaging talk shows, and securing the attendance of Aruma as a guest star, enhancing the event's prestige and appeal. Additionally, I successfully attracted and managed over 190 onsite participants, contributing to the event's overall success and impact.

Java Business Competition is annual international competitions and seminars organized by UKM SEARCH.As a UI/UX Competition Organizer Staff member for the Java Business Competition, I played a key role in orchestrating and supervising the logistics and execution of the National UI/UX Competition. I coordinated with a panel of three esteemed judges to ensure fairness and professionalism throughout the event. Additionally, I served as the moderator for JBC Talk 2: "Road to Career as a UI/UX Designer," facilitating insightful discussions and engaging with participants. I collaborated with two distinguished speakers for the JBC Talk UI/UX Edition, enriching the event with expert perspectives. As the Master of Ceremony during the UI/UX Competition Technical Meeting, I ensured smooth proceedings and effective communication. My efforts contributed to achieving participation from 43 teams, demonstrating successful outreach and engagement within the UI/UX community.
