• Involved in management of the condom promotion program in the State of Karnataka for Technical Support Group (TSG) – NACO• Accountable for providing strategic support to Project Director, in designing and implementing the state condom promotion program• Maintain liaison with NACO for the uninterrupted supply of free condom in the state to support the programs being implemented by State AIDS Control Society• Monitor and manage the social marketing programs implemented by HLL Life Care LTD/SMO contracted by NACO for the state• Maintain regular co-ordination with all the stakeholders implementing condom promotion programs in the state, to achieve the TSG deliverables.

• Coordinate with SACS, Government, SLPs and PIU's for implementing the program at state and National level • Oversee day to day activities at Regional Office • Ensure Quarterly financial reports from partners • Evaluate and satisfy resource requirements of Projects• Assist national Team at the planning stage of the various components of the program • Assist partners in drafting of proposal • Evaluation and Performance assessment of Partners and team • Implementation of program elements within timelines and achievement of targets • Monitoring and evaluation visits to partners and feedback • Monitoring and Maintenance of Program assets • Identification of needs for capacity building of partners and staff • Advocacy/ sensitization at regional level
