In the last decade I have found great joy in helping to insure businesses in industries I am passionate about - like the world of Food & Beverage, Specialty Coffee and Hospitality in general. Knowing that much of the insurance industry seems designed to confuse, I enjoy helping my clients understand and manage their business risks. I started my career in Insurance as a claims adjuster, so it was a natural progression to write coverage for those involved in 1st Party Claims. I have written E&O for hundreds of claims adjusters (both public and independent) and have a special alliance program with Chubb that is best in class. Living and working in Latin America from 1987 to 2000 allowed me to help clients who are more comfortable discussing facets of their businesses in Spanish. Clear communication is an integral part to managing risk well. I am deeply grateful to work with a company that values partnership and advocacy the way that Insurance Office of America does. We are one of the largest privately held insurance agencies in the the US, yet we never forget that our job is to focus on our client's risks, so that they can focus on their dreams.
