Using the Autodesk suite of software, including AutoCAD, BIM360, Revit, Navisworks and Fabrication CADmep to execute virtual construction design, coordination and pre-fabrication.• Participate in cloud-based virtual construction design and coordination meetings among Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical and Structural partners. • Piping systems include, but not limited to, domestic water, glycol heating, steam, natural gas, venting, storm and sanitary drainage. • Prepare coordination drawings for site installation.• Prepare fabrication drawings for pre-fabrication in our shop.• Applying general engineering principles in conjunction with building codes, rules and regulations.Notable projects I have worked on include: • University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) New Science Building• Toronto Regional Conservation Authority (TRCA) Head office• St. Anne’s School• Canadian Canoe Museum • Thunderbay Correctional Complex

• Working with customers to design and develop original automated manufacturing equipment.• Preparing and releasing technical drawings, BOMs and plant layout schematics. • Overseeing purchasing, assembly and installation of the equipment’s constituent parts.• Research and development of potential technologies for continuous improvement.

• Oversight and maintenance of the building’s mechanical and technical systems, including HVAC, water supply networks, pneumatic delivery, AGV’s, infrared monitoring and more.• Update and maintain weekly system alert reports for fire safety and negative pressure rooms.
