Weitzman ECHO® (Extension for Community Health Outcomes) is a national program that leverages tele-mentoring/videoconferencing to provide specialty support (i.e. ECHO Clinics) for primary care providers seeking to gain expertise in the management of certain complex illnesses and conditions. • Direct and provide overall leadership to Weitzman ECHO. Manage program staff and faculty contracts.• Spearhead the continued expansion and growth of the program on a national level.

Wherever You Are (WYA) is a complex and multi-faceted program focused on improving the delivery of primary care services to Connecticut’s homeless population.• Provided leadership for the successful operation and management of the WYA program. • Managed the daily operation of the WYA program to include fiscal management, program staff supervision, data collection, analysis and reporting, oversight of program planning and implementation, and training/in-service coordination.
