In this role, I’m responsible for all administrative and financial operations of the Company:- Oversight on accounting staff- Preparation of statutory financial statements- Preparation of monthly financial reporting in accordance with IFRS- Preparation of reporting packages for inclusion in consolidated financial statements (IFRS);- Financial planning and reporting: budgeting and forecasting- Business cases presentation as well as capex evaluation and reporting- Tax matters, in cooperation with professional adviser- Treasury management and reporting; financial institution relationships- Relations with stakeholders (advisers, financial and statutory auditors, unions…)- Secretary of board of directors and shareholders; compliance with commercial laws- Attorney of the CompanyIn this period, I had the opportunity to work under the ownership of a private equity fund (One Equity Partner, owner of the former East Balt Group) and then under the ownership of a public entity (Grupo Bimbo, listed to Mexico Stock Exchange, that purchased East Balt Group in October 2017). In that context, I contributed both to the sale process (due diligence vendor/buyer side) and to the Grupo Bimbo integration process.

During this work experience, on top of above mentioned knowledges, I also had the opportunity to increase my competences in:- preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements (both small entities and large corporates, also listed on the Italian Stock Exchange);- recognition and understanding of the accounting and internal control systems;- analysis and recognition of business processes, identifying key risks and testing of key controls in the internal control system;- with reference to some significant engagements on bank institutions, good knowledge of the banking and finance business.As part of my experience at PwC, I had the opportunity to teach some lessons at master courses organized by Pisa and Siena University and play the role of internal trainer (both technical issues and soft skills).
