l have 20+ meritorious Years'Public Service Experience, becoming a CEO , Executive Director , Abia State Agency for Mass Literacy , Adult & Non--Formal Education .I was in charge of the Policy Formulation , Implementation and Evaluation , including the Day to Day administration of the Organization .Under me , the Agency experienced a comprehensive and tremendous overhaul.Due to my Inter-Personal Relationship and Leadership Skills , Diligence , Ability to go the Extra Mile to achieve set Goals , Networking , Team playing and Listening Skill ,in collaboration with my dedicated Staff , I was able to achieve the following ;* Stimulated increased Enrollment of Adult Learners in the State , from 4175 , to 9316 , a 50% + increase .* The Number of Adult Learning Centers , more than tripled from 237 to 875 , in four years .* Morale among the Adult Education Facilitators and Staff of the Agency , increased . The Adult Learners Pass Percentage , in the Final Examination , doubled from 34% ,to 71% .I cleared up Arrears of 14 Months Stipend, owed the Facilitators.* I recruited more qualified Adult Education Facilitators , from 621 to 943 .* I networked with International Organizations like UNICEF , to attract Educational Equipment / Materials , for the Learners . * I built two Skills Acquisition Centers at Akpuga, Obingwa LGA and Ohambele Ndoki, Ukwa East LGA ,all in Abia State .*Liazed with Nigeria National Mass Education Commission, NMEC , and other States Agencies for Adult Education , for Exchange Programs .* Created Adult Education . Ambassadors , comprising Traditional Rulers, Religious Leaders , Women Organizations , Youth Bodies and Leaders of Thought , grassroots participation in our Programs .* I created a Radio Program , '' Each One Teach One'' , for Adult Learners .*Participated in Conferences , organized by The Nigeria National Council for Adult Education ,NNCAE .* I collaborated with Universities and other Tertiary Institutions , to create a new Curriculum, for our Adult Learners. * I am currently a Member , Board of Trustees , Nigeria National Council for Adult Education , NNCAE .A certified Master Copywriter , administration , Ever-ready to learn , Diligent , always goes the extra mile ,
