About Eric Lee

Accomplished agile champion, trainer and scrum master with 10 years of experience using agile practices supporting software and web development teams. Projects range from internal web portals & tools, retail commercial software, e-commerce platform and cloud software as a service development. I can help your organisation transition and mature Agile practise through engaging, support and process improvements to scrum teams. Experience working with management and cross functional teams that may operate using more traditional methods, I champion & coach agile adoption and transparency to show the value and flexibility of newer methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc.I have founded Agile View to realise my career goal of becoming an agile, scrum and kanban trainer, to help teams and businesses improve their adoption of agile processes.As a career long Scrum Master and Agile Coach I look forward to opportunities to help teams and businesses overcome challenges that are found on their journey to agility.
