Identified and addressed gaps in services while ensuring initiatives produced improved outcomes via independent projects and advising/supporting community partners in developing interventions. 2) Identification and development of extensive curriculum, planning, leading of recruitment, implementation, and evaluation of 13-week training program that produces improved aging outcomes into community. - Program Management: Developed, implemented, monitored, and evaluated safety-net volunteer programs and pilot projects to promote aging in community. Develops and delivers various community engagement and education initiatives via evidence-based research to alleviate stigma and promote education surrounding various aging topics: Dementia, mental health, social engagement, psychosocial adjustment to retirement/later life, LGBTQ+ aging, deprescribing/medication management, end-of-life choices, grief, and more. Routinely produces communication campaigns of marketing flyers, newsletter entries, and press releases in accordance with rigid publishing deadlines. - Project Management: Manages various projects and initiatives simultaneously while ensuring MAP objectives and deadlines are met.
