As one of the leaders of Wellspring’s Nourish Program, I provide evidence-based nutritional guidance through programs to individuals living with cancer and their caregivers.The Nourish Program dispels nutritional myths, offers the latest cancer-related eating recommendations, and provides tips for selecting and preparing foods that help patients feel better during treatment and beyond. Sessions include educational content, cooking demonstrations, food sampling, and take-home materials to support better health.

Coordinate and lead cooking classes for clients in group home settings. Review of current group home menus and development of menus and recipes to reflect current nutrition recommendations for youth.
