A serial entrepreneur, investor, and seasoned executive with decades of experience in business services, FinTech, alternative asset investment structures, commercial real estate, and cross-border M&A. Mr. Aginsky always has multiple ventures under his management at any one time. After the recent sale to a public REIT of the first SEC-approved commercial real estate crowdfunding platform that he founded, Mr. Aginsky has been involved in the operations of several hotels, new real estate developments, and building a national facilities maintenance company, which is currently operating in 19 states. He has previously managed a complex commercial real estate portfolio of assets for global investors including the development of several major hotels. Prior to that Mr. Aginsky advised high-profile private companies in the U.S. and abroad on multi-million debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, new market entries and other cross-border business transactions. Mr. Aginsky holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a graduate of the OPM Program at Harvard Business School.
