During my experience as research assistant at CNR IMM (National Research Council of Italy, Institute for Microelectronics and Microsystem), in Catania (CT), I’ve learned the building blocks for devices development and how to use Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) systems, I’ve completed my training by working on characterization methodologies, based on optical microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM).
