I am an experienced Chief Stewardess and I have worked on heavily chartered yachts mostly. 
I enjoy achieving a very high level of organization within my department. I look for junior stewardesses to work with that also find a satisfaction in creating and maintaining the details that make yachting so special. I then strive to make my team graceful, attentive, and caring to guests. I remain cost conscious and deal with accounting precisely and rightly. 

In 2015, I've started my own business, Yacht Design Solutions, to offer specialized consultancy on yacht interior design and redesign, by working alongside designers, helping them to achieve highly effective and more practical interiors by sharing relevant and detailed information about yacht workflow and routines, as well as providing support services such as technologies research and technical specification of materials.Since 2016 I'm in Brazil developing some parallel projects, such as Volunteer in Animal Rescue and Caring, teaching hospitality as free-lance and also at Azimuth Náutica, a yachting school, partners with International Yacht Training, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I’ve also been involved in some cultural and gastronomic projects. In 2018 I’ve opened a very successful arts-crafts-designer store, based on collaborationism, sustainability, and community sense and it migrated to an online business as well. For now, this project is on hold due to the pandemic. And as a volunteer, I am now running the neighbors association in my neighborhood. I also manage my airbnb business with two very successful rental units.
