-Led teams of U.S. Engineers in the Pacific providing site assessments and disaster planning support to foreign governments. -First U.S. Military Engineer responder to March 2011 Japan earthquake and tsunami recovery as part of the U.S. Army Japan Disaster Assessment Team; worked with Japanese military and government in all recovery operations during Operation Tomodachi. -Originator of Operations Clean Sweep (clearance of large debris from Sendai Airport), Field Day (cleaning and preparation of schools to begin school on time in Northern Japan), and Shower Power (deliveries of showers and mobile kitchen units to displaced persons camps in Japan.

-Revised in processing courses for new personnel and updated curriculum for Junior Leadership course-Led soldiers, Korean Service Corps employees, and Korean Augmentation to the U.S. Army Soldiers with over 15 different occupational specialities; led reception and personnel placement of 15,000 people annually-Synchronized seven distinct business units including logistics, medical, and food service operations; analyzed efficiency in the company resulting in reorganization and the ability to condense a five-day receiving process to three days-Spearheaded and executed a successful English instruction-based cooking program with American and Korean teachers and four groups of students (800 people); helped in curriculum development and convinced provincial leaders and school system officials to dedicate funding and resources to the program
