She serves as the co-founder, growth director, and curator of Odangputik Art Studio - an artist-run initiative designed to bring together interdisciplinary artists and creatives united by a shared mission: aiming to build a sustainable ecosystem for emerging artists, particularly those exploring the practice of pottery. Her projects are closely aligned with the studio's mission and vision, which prioritize the decentralization of Philippine pottery, the preservation of local ceramic traditions while embracing transnational influences, and leveraging art and clay explorations as tools for livelihood and community engagement. Her dedication to nurturing the next generation of artists, cultural researchers, and creatives is evident through her initiatives, such as the "Gusto Ko Maging Artist (I Want to Be An Artist)" campaign, which encourages the youth to pursue careers in the arts and design fields.Academically, Bajala holds a Master's degree in Business Management with a major in Finance from Mindanao State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Art Studies (Curatorial) at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
