Electrical Civil Engineer and MBA with extensive experience in the Electrical Sector. I have worked in design, construction, maintenance and operations of the Transmission and Distribution network.I have led infrastructure, adaptation, automation and improvement projects in national and multinational companies such as La Electricidad de Caracas, AES Corporation and CORPOELEC, in the phases of: business case, conceptualization, basic and detail engineering, procurement, tenders, construction and commissioning. I have been a participant and responsible for projects financed by multilaterals such as CAF.I have led maintenance teams applying predictive and preventive maintenance techniques based on RCM reliability. I have participated in teams for the control of technical and non-technical losses and in the review of the commercial cycle of Energy sales.In addition to reading and participating in online or face-to-face training in the areas of project management and renewable energy, I regularly study languages (English, French, Portuguese, German and Chinese).My strengths are: strategic vision (stakeholder management), financial management, teamwork, risk management, time management, innovation and continuous learning.
