I am an enthusiastic academic professional with over a year of experience as an Assistant Professor of Microbiology at Indian Academy Degree College (Autonomous), Bangalore. With an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Microbiology from St. Joseph's College, I have a robust foundation in life sciences, particularly in microbiology, biochemistry, and medical microbiology. My teaching focuses on delivering engaging, evidence-based lectures, fostering critical thinking, and encouraging a research-driven mindset in students.In addition to my academic experience, I bring strong research and analytical skills from my time as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science, which has equipped me with expertise in scientific writing, data analysis, and project management. Certified in CSIR NET-Lifesciences (2023), I am now expanding my focus into quality management and clinical data management, fields where my attention to detail, data integrity, and analytical approach can contribute to efficient and high-quality outcomes.Mentoring students and guiding them to excel in microbiology and life sciences is a passion of mine. I am also keen to apply my skills in clinical data management and quality assurance roles within the life sciences sector.
