Leading 3 COEs (Centre of Excellence) teams driving the end to end Maxis Young Talent framework and programs. Leading alsco the organisation culture roadmap covering new ways of working, organisation values and practices. Lastly, the design, rollout and focus on inclusion, diversity and sustainable future.

The main focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures driven from the commitment to the culture values. Primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage. Successfully driven a faster adoption for employees to embed MaxisWay2.0 in their day-to-day work. These change management projects led to a direct impact on value creation, productivity, increased innovation initiatives and emergence of culture ambassadors within the organization • Leading and develop the change management activities within a structured process framework in align with the new vision of Maxis to be Malaysia's Leading Converged Solutions Provider . • Designing the strategic approach to managing change with close collaboration with the CEO and the Maxis Management Team to drive adoption resulting in 93% of Maxis employees responding that they understand and commit to this refreshed culture . • Provide and support training (Transformational Leadership Program) and communication as part of change management and within 2 years, 95% of employees have successfully learnt and changed the way they speak, listen and work. • Constant review with the CEO and the senior leadership team on how the embedding of culture and the spirit of I AM Maxis can be constantly driven in all facets of business • Oversee team’s execution in accordance with project plans not limited to workshops, content creation, engagement, learning , digital resources and tools. Creating a rich repository of culture related resources for every manager and employee

The business partner leads and manages the people management related agenda at the internal client. The partner also leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. The business partner is not just a consultant, the partner shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery and is measured against the effectiveness of HR contributing to those targets and ambitions. If that's not cool enough , the business partner gets involved directly with a variety of spheres from recruitment , learning, organization design, talent management, money and benefits, IR , succession planning and the list goes on.

Formulate and Execute strategies to maintain our position as the preferred HR solutions provider in Malaysia and Asia Pacific.Previously held similiar business development roles in Hewlett Packard Malaysia and Symantec Software Malaysia
