I am an IT professional who is passionate about Dynamics 365 F&O and leadership. I started my carrier with Microsoft Dynamics AX in 2004 as the accountant and AX implementation consultant. Further on I focused on deepening my knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX through taking versatile positions internationally, such as consultant, support and implementation team lead, senior implementation consultant, project manager, pre-sales consultant and trainer. This has built a strong foundation and understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem for me, both from product delivery (implementation) and business (partner-to-customer) perspectives. Accumulated experience from working within end customer and partner companies, and implementing solutions for different businesses worldwide has enabled me to evaluate every project-specific situation from different angles, and comprehend and adapt quickly to the needs of all different parties. This made me fall in love with project management and leading the solution implementation team, choosing emotional intelligence as a leadership method. After effectively managing the team with proven success results, I was chosen to take over AX/ F&O business line, grow and support engineers to deliver the best value through Microsoft partners to customers. Here at Companial we strive for that by helping partners to reduce the financial risk, increase scalability, shorten project time, solve shortage of resources and increase cost predictability, leading to better profitability and higher revenues. In addition to all of that, I have retained my passion for continuous education of myself and others therefore I never stopped delivering training and workshops globally to keep engaging people to follow newest technologies, which is very important in the IT world.
