I have 15 years in education achieving successful results and positively transforming schools. My experience includes work in both brick and mortar and virtual settings. I was the founding principal of Indiana's first Innovation School. Under my leadership, my team raised the state grade of a chronically failing school from an F rating to an A in two years. In my most recent work I supported the development of principals across three virtual schools to transform the academic performance of our students.
