I worked at the Hungarian KPMG's financial audit department for 3 years, starting as an intern and leaving from senior position. Primarily I took part in the financial audit procedures of trader and real estate companies, but I also engaged in the investigations of banks, fund manager and producer associations. Main tasks: Design the test of controls and test of details program for the investigated company based on the retrospective data and scope. Perform substantive procedures to make sure the fulfilment of the true, fair and reliable presentation of the significant accounts. Verify whether the company's financial statements are in accordance with the Hungarian Accounting Law, or in case of an international group with the IFRS or the US GAAP. Beside the active assistance in testing, supervise the operation of the team, divide the tasks, monitor and review the group members work. Help to identify the limitation and content of the final auditor's opinion.
