 Collecting all savings, loans and banking them, loan management, approval of expenses.  Registering of new members. Follow-up of loans and savings. Approving new members who to joined the Sacco. Facilitate to women groups to establish small businesses to improve their standard of living. Creating awareness on income generating activities to youth and women groups. Also in charge of recording, filing minutes and other documents. Documentation of all financial documents into their respective files. Up dating all files and books of accounts (loan forms, registration forms, cheque book). Train youth groups about business ideas, to enable them reach out to other youths in their groups. Managing all financial records for Innovators Investment company (a Company inside the Sacco).

 Conducting psychological counseling among youth in school. Participating in the organization’s resource mobilization for ongoing projects. Creating business awareness among youth groups and women groups. Human resource and team management. Conducting data collection to support Monitoring and Evaluation department. Assist in clerical work on financial reconciliations and registration of sponsored children. Daily, weekly and monthly report writing. Doing follow-ups on ongoing projects and combining ideas in the running of the organization.
