After my traineeship, I was offered a fixed position in the Strategic Sales team, where I had done my last rotation. This is giving me the opportunity to diversify my portfolio even more and go further with my customers! I am currently handling a 39M€ worth portfolio containing both parcels and mailing products.

● 𝗥𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ❶ 🏤👩‍💼 During my first rotation of 8 months in the cluster of Tournai, I've learned all about the 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 within bpost. I had the chance to take on different positions which are important for the functionning of this part of the company from the position of sales collaborator at the counter to the role of cluster manager.● 𝗥𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ❷ 🌍💻 During the following 6 months, I have worked at Landmark Global, the international division of bpost, which deals with cross-border sales. My role was to provide 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 at various levels. I was involved, among other things, in the development of their new CRM tool and the standardisation of the sales processes.● 𝗥𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ❸ 📦✉️ During the last 10 months, I have endorsed the position of 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 in the sales team that deals with the strategic customers of bpost Belgium. I strove to maintain and, especially, develop new businesses with our customers, while constantly looking for new solutions to the challenges that were offered to those companies. After handling a 62,5M€ worth portfolio for 10 months, I was offered a fixed positon within that team.🏊⚽️ During my traineeship, I also had the opportunity to take part in a social business challenge organised by bpost for its young graduates. With 3 other trainees, I worked as a 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 in the development of an association selling second-hand sportswear and organising free sports events for people in greatest need (people in poverty, migrants, ...). Through the elaboration of a market study, we contributed to the development of their pricing model and their visibility in Brussels. We also helped them to collect more clothes and to find sponsors, which are very important when they organise events. By interviewing other volunteers and clients, we also created content for their social networks.

I used to give 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 to pupils from first to last year of secondary school on weekends and school holidays. It allowed me to develop a certain pedagogy and I found it extremely enriching and rewarding.

I had the opportunity to work on a project for the second phase of the merging of all hospital sites. I was in charge of 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬.

Amougies

I have been assigned several tasks during this first internship. I was in charge of some of the orders management. I also got busy with the after sales service management and was there in support for the creation of the company's new IT system. Doing some occasional sales enabled me to develop my clients' contact and gave me the opportunity to practise my languages' skills.
