- Engagement in SOX audit for domestic and overseas subsidiaries (operational and ELC), and financial statement audit under US GAAP- Engagement in FCPA audit for domestic and overseas subsidiaries (Donations and sponsorships, vendor evaluation, scrap, gifts etc.)- Understand and support narrative documentation, risk assessment and control weakness identification - Draft internal control and Corporate Policy related materials for FC training

Mainly focused on MNC clients under US GAAP- PRC statutory audit - Group audit, including annual audit and SOX audit, quarterly review based on US GAAP; Provision of advisory service - Analysis on clients’ management and key business processes (including sales, rebate to distributors, warranty and marketing expenses, etc.), risk assessment on manual internal control and proposal for relevant improvements to internal audit via communicating with each department- Analysis on complex accounting estimates and raise audit adjustment- Preparation on various of meetings and reporting towards management from both the Company and the Group, as well as the group auditorsSuccessfully passed the internal engagement quality review with a perfect feedback
